Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at info@damros.nl within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition. - The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.

For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned if worn, damaged, or unsealed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as DAMROS is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@damros.nl with photos of the product and packaging.
